What will you do?

As a QSHE Manager, you are responsible for setting up, implementing, and maintaining systems and procedures related to safety, quality, environment, and aviation security. You work closely with internal departments, external auditors, and local authorities.

In addition, you will:

• Lead incident investigations, risk analyses, and internal audits
• Be responsible for the Emergency Response (BHV) team
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental legislation
• Promote a proactive safety culture and provide training
• Manage security audits and access systems

What do you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• HVK certificate or equivalent experience
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills
