Stock Supervisor

Location: Hoofddorp

Employment: Full-time

Salary: €3,000 -€3800 .

About the Role

We are looking for a Stock Supervisor who effectively manages and supports stock operations, overseeing the team’s workload distribution based on operational needs. Coordinate all aspects of customer stock, from receipt to dispatch, while demonstrating the ability to handle multiple operating systems, including but not limited to WMS and LEA. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their requirements. Plan and organize regular inventory counts and yearly stock takes, and provide support to the operational team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage customer stock end‑to‑end; From receipt through dispatch.
  • Understand and manage bonded stock throughout the entire inbound/outbound process.
  • Supervise and maintain cycle counts and full stock takes.
  • Generate, analyse, and interpret WMS stock reports to monitor and improve performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Participate in management meetings and deliver clear operational updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational performance standards and contractual SLAs.
  • Oversee processes to ensure adherence to legislative requirements, with a strong emphasis on Health & Safety.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support implementation of new processes and tools (e.g., CGA).
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism in appearance and conduct at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

You bring:

  • Strong experience in stock management and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and warehousing processes.
  • Proficiency in working with WMS and other operational systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Competence in reporting, analysing data, and problem‑solving.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and guide a team.
  • Strong customer focus and business awareness.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong time‑management, conflict‑management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
